Below are internet locations that will help you plan your career options in Utah.  Though some materials are geared to high school students, it ALL really fits anyone in the process of advancing one's career.

One-stop online career exploration and planning resource, which includes general information on landing a job, including tips on resume writing and interviewing.  There is also information on job trends and "hot jobs" of the future, what skills or education are required to get those jobs, what wages prospective employees can expect to earn once they are hired, as well as current job openings.  Careers.utah.gov brings all the resources and information together, accessible through one portal, to assist Utah job seekers in successfully finding a career.
 
Career and Technical Education
This site is designed to help prepare high school students to transition successfully to post secondary education and help college students acquire the skills and knowledge needed to find gainful employment, as well as help workers acquire job skills in new fields or refresh skills in an existing career path.  UtahCTE.org is an online resource that provides valuable training information, resources, and direction to investigate nine areas of study including: Agriculture, Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship, Family and Consumer Sciences, Health Science and Technology, Information Technology, Marketing, Technology and Engineering, Trade and Technical.
